The Budimas Children Medical Care Fund
The Budimas Children Medical Care Fund Programme, managed by The Budimas Charitable Foundation, provides financial assistance to underprivileged children in Malaysia who require major medical procedures and treatment for heart conditions, critical illnesses, and rare diseases.
The programme aims to improve access to essential healthcare and positively impact the lives of children and their families. Since 2022, the programme has assisted more than 110 children with critical surgeries and supported over 2,000 children through special medical campaigns. The programme has benefited child patients across both West Malaysia and East Malaysia.
Through collaborations with hospitals and organisations such as Hospital Tunku Azizah, Hospital Pakar Kanak-Kanak UKM, Hospital Pulau Pinang, Hospital Sultanah Zahirah, Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia, Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur, Sunway Medical Centre, CLAPAM, and other healthcare partners, the programme helps identify children in need of medical support.
This initiative reflects Budimas ongoing commitment to improving the health, well-being, and quality of life of underprivileged children throughout Malaysia.
